Margaret R.— In-Home Pet Sitter

Hello! My name is Margaret, and I have been pet-sitting since 2020. I have my own dog and cats at home, so I understand the chaos and joy of living with animals! I’ve worked with many different animals and situations, so I feel at home even in unexpected situations. I have always cared about animals starting at a young age. When I was 5, I proudly declared I would be a dolphin trainer. Either way, working with animals is my dream job! I enjoy seeing an animal comfortable and happy in its environment, and doing what I can to make that happen. I treat all pets as if they were my own. One thing I love about this job is that every animal has its own distinct personality. I love getting to know each animal and its likes and dislikes, so I enjoy this part of the job. It’s important to me to form a bond with the creature I’m caretaking! My hobbies include hiking with my own dog, cooking vegetarian food, and roller skating. I hope to be a catio owner one day. I look forward to meeting you and getting to know your furbabies!
