Not for normal, everyday care. Standard visit rates typically include the essentials—food/water, litter box care, quick home tasks, and updates after every visit.
If your cat needs complex medical care or significantly extra time beyond a standard visit, we’ll confirm pricing with you upfront.
Yes—on designated holiday dates, we apply a $20 holiday surcharge per visit, in addition to your standard rate. We always disclose holiday pricing in advance.
Many households fit within standard pricing, but multi-cat homes or special-needs routines may require more time. If you have 4 or more cats in your household, we require at least 45 minute visits. If anything affects pricing, we’ll confirm it before you book—no surprises.
Your initial meet and greet with your sitter free and part of our process and is used to confirm routines, keys, and care instructions.
Extra meet and greets are $20 each.
We accept credit card or ACH payments through our Time To Pet app only. Payment is typically due after your booking is completed.
For Thanksgiving and Christmas bookings, payment is due in advance at the time of booking.
It depends on the sitter. Each sitter sets their own short-notice and cancellation policy, and we’ll apply the policy listed on that sitter’s website profile.
