After every visit, your sitter sends a detailed visit report via email, text, and through our client app. These updates include the arrival time, visit duration, notes about your cat’s behavior and appetite, litter box status, and photos from the visit. This allows you to see exactly how your cat is doing and confirms that the visit was completed as scheduled.
Yes. Many of our cat sitters have experience caring for senior cats, shy cats, and cats with medical or special care needs. This can include administering medications such as pills, topical treatments, or other routine care based on your written instructions. During your meet and greet, you can review your cat’s specific needs with your sitter.
Your home’s security is extremely important to us. Sitters carefully follow written entry instructions, keep keys and access information secure, and ensure doors and windows are properly locked before leaving each visit. Our sitters are background-checked, bonded, and insured, and professionalism and reliability are core parts of our screening process.
If a health concern or emergency arises, your sitter will contact you right away and follow the instructions you provided during booking. If needed, they can also contact your designated emergency contact or veterinarian. Their goal is to ensure your cat receives prompt care while keeping you fully informed.
