"I love that cats are independent while still forming a close bond with people - they can be just as clingy as a dog, but you have to earn their trust!"

"Dogs are such goofballs, no matter what their age is, and I love seeing and helping them exercise and play!"

About Katherine K.

Hello! I have grown up with cats and have always had a soft spot for animals. I have worked with animals for over 15 years in animal shelter/animal welfare, as well as my own pets. I have experience caring for dogs, cats, ferrets, bunnies, and more! I have also given cats medications, fluids, injections (including insulin), and have even cared for incontinent cats (helping them use the potty and give baths if needed). I love reading, writing, concerts, comic cons, and exploring nature. I have one dog (Jojo) and four cats (Twitch, Skully, Harley and Ivy).
