I always had furry, scaled and feathered family members growing up and they always brought so much joy to us and it wasn’t until I was living on my own, that I realized how significant they were in my life. I now have 2 cats of my own- who I adopted from our apartment parking lot when they were about 4 weeks old. They are brothers but couldn’t be more different from each other. I have come to appreciate their individual personalities and that cats need more attention/affection from us than most people think, and we get the same benefits from them being in our lives and I always want the best for them. I am compassionate towards animals needs and care as well as their parents. When I am not cat sitting or working, I enjoy being in my wildflower garden with my cats, or crafting/ learning a new craft. I also enjoy an occasional quiet evening reading or crocheting in the company of my cats.
