Hi there! I’m Meenie, your friendly neighborhood cat sitter!
Growing up I always had cats around, as far back as I can remember. I have 30+ years of experience caring for and living with cats. I currently have 1 cat, his name is Loki and he’s 9 years old. He’s a black and white long haired boy, and he is my life.
I’ve been cat sitting for 10+ years.
Whether your cat is looking for play time or for some cuddles, I am flexible in my approach, as each cats temperament is different. I usually give anxious cats space, but to show them I am a safe person, I get down and put my hand out and allow the cat to come to me when ready. As well as giving the cats food and doing things that show the cat I am trustworthy. I also will hang out for a while so the cat can get familiar with my scent.
I am attentive and reliable, and will keep you updated with daily photos so you can relax while you’re away. I will follow any specific requests and house rules. I also have experience with giving medication. I am available for drop ins mornings and evenings, as well as overnights. Looking forward to meeting you and your kitty!
