About Xiomara Q.

My name is Xiomara, and I recently graduated with a Bachelors in Computer Engineering! I have been cat sitting for the past 5 years and also have my own adopted cat named Mystic. I find it fulfilling being able to understand cats’ different personalities and build trust with them. I am great at making sure every cat I care for feels comfortable, while also maintaining their routines. I am excited to provide your cat with the same sense of safety and care that you do!

"Overall very happy with The Comforted Kitty service and I will definitely use them again! The whole process was very professional and comprehensive. The team was very responsive and timely. This was one of the reasons we picked the comforted kitty over other cat sitting services. It was very easy to onboard and schedule cat sitting service. Pricing was very competitive and reasonable as well! It was the most rounded cat sitting service in all the options that I considered in the San Jose area. We were matched with Xiomara to look after our 2 cats for a 4 days vacation. Xiomara was very professional and experienced in handling everything. "I was in a small panic for my cat Finn. I was extremely anxious about having to be away the first weekend we had just moved to San Jose. Finn was still stressed about all his routines being disrupted, a new home, etc., and I legitimately had worries he might not cope well enough even with auto-feeder, water fountain. Thankfully, I was able to find The Comforted Kitty as an option for pet sitting, and it really put my mind more at ease for the weekend, knowing that someone who cares and likes cats watching over Finn. Xiomara was my cat sitter and she did a phenomenal job with taking care of my skittish cat. I thought Finn would just hide in a corner despite her best attempts, but no; she was actually able to coerce my fearful boy come out and interact! Xiomara gave many pets, as well as routine updates with many pictures of the visit. In one of the picture, Finn actually rolled to his back and exposed a bit of his belly! Shocked! In any case, I was happy and Finn was happy, so I definitely recommend this service and Xiomara, and will be using them for the foreseeable future. Thanks!"

Thanksgiving/Christmas Holiday Cancellations: Less than 14 days notice: 100% of deposit forfeited

Short Notice Requests: Less than 48 hours from start of sitting: $20 fee
