Veronica did a fantastic job cat sitting our two needy fur babies. Kitty one is a sassy 17-year old who is extremely motivated by food and petting. Kitty two acts like a shy, "hide in the shadows" kitty the first few days and then becomes an attention deprived kitty who follows you around everywhere with a not so subtle plea for belly rubs.
We very much enjoyed and looked forward to the daily emails Veronica sent us, with several pics and laugh out loud updates. She stayed with our kitties for an hour, during which she administered medication, gave food and water, cleaned out their litter boxes, and gave them lots of petting and attention. She also took out the stinky trash.
Booking was quite easy. After sending a request via their website, we were asked to download an app that allowed us to input all info and instructions on our cats. We also received a phone call to schedule a meet and greet with the assigned cat sitter before we took off on our trip. It allowed us to really explain things fully and become a comforted human. Veronica asked all the right info and was highly respectful of our home and time.
