Sue impressed us the first time she came to our house for a “meet-and-greet. Sue took notes and asked questions as I took her through our home. My indoor cat Sugar Bear met Sue, an important first step for me. Sue could sense right away that Sugar Bear was quite wary around strangers. Sue acted nonchalant and natural, the perfect behavior to keep my cat at ease.
While we were away, Sue also fed and cared for the 5 outdoor feral cats I had recently trapped-neutered-released. I was so sure that leaving these outdoor feral cats with another person would frighten them off. Well, just the opposite happened! The 5 outdoor TNR cats came back each day, at the time Sue visited. Sue sent me updates after every visit with texts and sometimes even photos of my furry family! Sue’s attention to detail, and her follow-up, professionalism and obvious love for the job made our trip so much more relaxing and enjoyable. Not only were our cats given the best care, but our house was left in pristine condition. My husband and I were beyond impressed.
