My name is Rachel and I am a lifelong cat lover. I adopted my first pet cat, Leo, when I was 10 years old, and he quickly became my best buddy. I love how quirky and individual cats are, and enjoy simply being around their energy, whether at playtime or while sitting quietly with them.
Over the years I have cared for many of my friend’s and family member’s cats, including kittens and older cats requiring daily medication and lots of lap time. Having been a cat owner myself, I understand the importance of leaving your furry friends in the care of a sitter you trust, and I take that responsibility to heart. I hope to help pet parents feel at ease knowing that I am doing everything I can to keep your cat happy, calm, and cared for while you are away.
In my non-cat sitting time you can find me quietly organizing insects at my day job in an entomology museum. Or working on my freelance art/illustration business. More often than not, the subjects of my art also involves (you guessed it), cats!
