“We had a ridiculously amazing experience with the Comforted Kitty and particularly our sitter, Narguess. We just moved to the Bay Area and were so worried to leave our cat while we traveled over the holidays. From our meet and greet with Narguess we could tell she genuinely loved cats and she was so caring and gentle in approaching our cat for the first time (he was a little shy) and she won him over very quickly. We appreciated how detailed oriented Narguess was in confirming all of our cat's care instructions. She even offered to clip his nails and brush him, and we appreciated how above and beyond she went to make sure our cat was as comfortable as possible.
The first day of our trip, there was a mishap with our door and Narguess took care of it so smoothly, informing us every step of the way despite us not being able to answer her until after the issue was fixed (we were on our flight). I was really impressed - I would have panicked! But it just goes to show how committed she was. Our favorite part was reading the detailed updates that she sent us after each visit, with many pictures attached. Short Notice Requests: Less than 48 hours from start of sitting: $20 fee
