Very good experience with them.
Went home for holiday this week. Had planned on putting cat in boarding at local veterinarian center. I'm so glad i took a tour before i did. Not bashing boarding places, but it amounted to not much more than putting cat in an extra long cage for a week in a room that looked more like a side office surrounded by barking dogs in all the other rooms. It is what it is, but my feeling is that boarding services mostly cater to dogs, cats being an after thought. The very few boarding places for cats i was able to find seemed more for pampered cats, not your average indoor/outdoor cat that needs regular stimulation. So it hit me to maybe try home boarding instead.
Anyhow, with no one i know home for the week able to look after our cat, after much searching I narrowed it down to this service. They seemed professionally run, and the regular staff seemed to have many genuine good reviews.
I wont go on explaining everything in detail, but my experience lived up to my expectation. They seemed very professional when going through the initial process of setting up my details. Its a little tedious. They ask for a lot of info, but its relevant info I would want them to have. Its a bit of effort, but its set up so well, they make it as easy as possible. If you need to have them look after your pet, dont wait until the last minute if your a new customer. It takes some time to get everything sorted out.
My sitter was Melissa. What i really like is that the sitter comes to meet you and your pet before you even agree to have them look after your pet. If your not happy with or the pet does not like the sitter for whatever reason, you can decline. Luckily our cat was comfortable with her. She looked after our cat all week and was just genuinely nice person and very professional. It was a really good experience. I did not worry one bit while i was away and was able to have a stress free vacation.
I dont travel often, but next time i do, i will absolutely call and ask for her/their service again."
