My name is Martha and I have been a cat lover all my life. Unfortunately, I wasn’t ever able to have a cat growing up because my dad was allergic. I adopted my first kitty, Peaches, in September 2017. My friend fostered her and her siblings and I fell in love. She has changed both mine and my husband’s lives. She is truly our daughter and love her to pieces. We added two kittens (Ebony and Pepper) to our family. They were rescued from a storm drain in November 2022 along with their brother who my friend adopted. We think they were about 7 weeks old. Unfortunately we just lost Pepper (Aug 2025) but we welcomed a new kitten named Pixie.
I have been cat sitting for 6 years, prior to that I pet-sat for my same friend who fostered Peaches. She has 2 Golden Retrievers and a kitty. I have stayed in their house and brought Peaches along to sit for their pets when they have been away. I have also volunteered at the NKLA adoption center in West LA and currently volunteer at the SPCALA South Bay Adoption Center. I love kitties and would love yours as my own.
All visits include feedings, water refills, litter box clean up, play time and plenty of scritches if your kitties will allow me to. I will also bring in your mail and any packages left at your door. I look forward to caring for your kitties in whatever they need be it just making sure they have enough food and water and a clean litter box to full-on play sessions. I will keep you updated during each visit by letting you know how your kitties are doing and will send pictures and videos. If I see anything out of the ordinary I will let you know right away.
