About Jessie B.

Ever since I was little, I have been obsessed with animals. I was lucky enough to have an assortment of different kinds of pets, but ironically enough, never a cat. That said, I think it’s safe to say I’ve caught up to more than my fair share of cat companionship by now. For the past 2 years, I have had the wonderful opportunity to work at a couple different adoptable cat cafes. I’ve befriended hundreds of cats, ranging from bottle babies to seniors, docile to nearly feral, timid to fearless, and everything in between. I worked with around 50 cats at a time to provide an abundance of TLC to promote socialization, consistent monitoring of health and behavior, and medications for any illnesses that occurred. Aside from the cafes, I also did pet sitting professionally for friends, coworkers, past adopters, and others through word of mouth. I took every chance I could to make new furry friends. This past spring, I also had the opportunity to foster a trio of kitten season babies- Sesame, Chia, and Poppy- before they went off to their forever homes. Outside of animal care, I spend a lot of my time studying. I recently graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from UCLA, and am currently preparing to tackle law school. Maybe one day I can be your lawyer too. (Just kidding). It doesn’t happen often, but when I get the chance to relax I like to spend my time outdoors and in the sun, or in front of my piano.

I know it’s not always an easy decision to leave your furry best friend at home. I want to reassure you that I will provide the best care catered specifically to each cat’s individual personality and needs. I always provide text and photo updates so you can feel confident your cat is in good hands!
