About Carly W.

Hello! My name is Carly & anyone who knows me knows I’m a cat lady. My love for felines started at a young age, as I grew up with cats always in the home. I have loved and cared for my own kitties over the years as well as cats of friends & family as if they were my own. I’m experienced in administering shots, medication, feeding, cleaning litter box spaces & of course playing. I’m very conscious of the fact that cats must trust you deeply before they give you attention or play so I make sure that they are as comfortable as possible with me while in my care. I currently am the proud mother of two fluffy cats of my own, Figaro and Tolouse. They are my world & I love how affectionate they are with each other & the family, not to mention how much they keep us entertained! I know when I’m away from home, having someone who loves my kitties as if they were their own means the world to me, so I’d love to give you the same sense of ease!

I have nothing but great things to say about The Comforted Kitty and my sitter, Carly! My fiance and I were going out of the country and are always very nervous when we leave our two cats behind. We initially set up a consultation session where we were assigned Carly. It was very easy coordinating schedules and the visit went over so well! I love that this is something they offer - I think it helps everyone feel more comfortable. The Comforted Kitty is also extremely thorough with their paperwork which made me feel better knowing that every piece of information they could possibly need was on file. Carly was very communicative and always made sure to send detailed updates and pictures - even when the cats were hiding under the bed! Our cats aren't social with strangers but they both came around to Carly by the end of her scheduled visits which is a testament to her comforting energy :) Even being so far away from our cats we both felt at ease and trusted Carly and the amazing services The Comforted Kitty provides. "I used Comforted Kitty Cat Sitting while I was away on a work trip. It was my first time using the service, and I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I arranged the dates of the visits, and my sitter, Carly, came for a meet & greet. My two Siamese cats warmed up to Carly instantly during the first visit. Carly went through a comprehensive checklist to ensure she had everything she needed while she took care of the cats. For each visit, Carly sent a detailed report of how the cats were doing plus photos of their time together. It was incredibly reassuring to have a trustworthy professional keeping an eye on my cats. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation submitted less than 48 hours, next scheduled sitting is charged

Thanksgiving/Christmas Holiday Cancellations: Less than 14 days notice: 100% of deposit forfeited

Short Notice Requests: Less than 72 hours from start of sitting: $20 fee
