Dog sitting and private dog walking work especially well for:
Potty breaks, walks, and check-ins for dogs in smaller or high-density living spaces.
Reliable in-home dog care while you’re away for work trips, vacations, or regular travel.
Gentle support for older dogs who need familiar surroundings, slower routines, or extra patience.
Support for medications and special care routines.
A calmer option for dogs who get stressed by boarding, daycare, or unfamiliar group settings.
Private dog walks and daytime visits for workdays, long shifts, appointments, or packed schedules.

We serve many cities and neighborhoods across Plano. Availability can vary by location, service type, and caregiver schedule, so contact us if you do not see your city listed.
Many caregivers can help with medications, but availability depends on the medication type, your dog’s needs, and the caregiver’s experience. Your sitter or walker will review medication instructions during the booking process and Meet & Greet.
All dog sitters and walkers are hand-selected, background-checked, insured, and bonded. The Comforted Kitty also stands behind every booking with a satisfaction guarantee, so you’re not relying on an unverified individual.
Your sitter follows the emergency plan you instruct in your Time to Pet portal and reviewed at the Meet & Greet, including contacting you and your designated emergency contacts. If needed, they’ll seek veterinary care using your preferred vet or the nearest appropriate clinic.
We recommend booking as soon as you know your dates—especially for holidays or longer trips. Last-minute requests are sometimes possible, but availability varies by sitter and time of year.
