You’ll receive an email invitation to set up your account.
Please complete your profile and download the app before the meet & greet, so your sitter can review everything in advance.

Your invoice due date is listed at the top of the invoice emailed to you.
Invoices unpaid more than 7 days after the due date may incur a late fee.
Cancellation policies vary by sitter and are listed on each sitter’s website profile.

Please review your sitter’s profile carefully before booking.
Short-notice policies are set by each sitter and listed on their profile.

Because sitters travel between multiple homes, we can’t guarantee exact arrival times unless previously agreed upon.
No. Our sitters don’t share pet care duties with third parties during scheduled services.
This includes friends, neighbors, cleaners, family members, or other pet care providers.
If others access your home during services, our sitter can’t be responsible for missed care, home issues, or pet safety concerns.
Please always inform your sitter if anyone will be entering your home.
Please notify your sitter as soon as possible and update your reservation in Time To Pet.
If we aren’t notified of your return, visits will continue as scheduled and billed accordingly.
Before services begin, please ensure:
Supplies include food, litter, medication, and cleaning items.
If supplies run out and the sitter must shop, you’ll be responsible for reimbursement plus a $30 trip fee.
Sitters are happy to provide light plant watering.
If watering is extensive or interferes with cat care, we may recommend longer visits or suggest alternate arrangements.
Please group plants together in visible areas. Your sitter is not responsible for water damage or missed plants.
If free parking isn’t reasonably available near your home, your sitter may use paid parking.
Any parking fees will be billed to you after services are completed or you can reimburse your sitter directly.
Yes. If this is your first time using our services, a meet & greet is required before care begins.
Your sitter will contact you to schedule it once your reservation is confirmed.
There’s no obligation to continue with services if you decide not to proceed.
We strongly recommend using a lockbox.
Benefits include:
If you don’t use a lockbox, you may:
Sitters don’t hold keys on file after services end.
Please provide a backup access option in case of malfunction.
Technology failures are a common cause of missed visits.
Yes, but please be aware:
Clear coordination helps avoid issues.
If you did not provide a lockbox or have the sitter leave the keys at your home on the last visit, they can either return to you ($20 paid directly to them, $25 if you’d prefer we invoice you) or you can pickup from the sitter (free).
Your home must be flea-free and free of contagious illness.
If fleas, ringworm, or another contagious condition is discovered, your sitter reserves the right to cancel or shorten services to protect other client households.
Please notify us in advance if your pet has had fleas or ringworm within the past 6 months.
If your pet appears ill or injured, your sitter will attempt to contact you first.
If urgent care is needed and you’re unreachable, your sitter may take your pet to an emergency veterinary clinic.
Please ensure:
Additional emergency time is billed at the 30 minute visit rate, prorated.
If access fails:
Please test keys, codes, and alarms in advance.
Cats often hide when their owners are away.
Your sitter will:
Forced interaction is never expected.
Please disclose any history of aggression in advance.
Our sitter may be unable to provide care if a pet poses a safety risk. Services may be declined or discontinued if aggression is observed.
