Jacki is a Double Certified Pet Pro with more than 25 years of professional animal care experience. Originally from Florida, she moved to the Scottsdale area in 1992 and has since worked as a professional pet sitter, at a grooming salon, and at a local boarding facility. She is also pet CPR certified and experienced in basic care, bathing, grooming, physical enrichment, and mental stimulation.
Throughout her career, Jacki has cared for animals of nearly every kind and size, including dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters, birds, reptiles, and farm animals such as cows, pigs, goats, and horses. She currently volunteers with Better Piggie Rescue, where she assists with daily chores, feeding, and socializing farm animals awaiting their forever homes.
Jacki and her husband, Steve, have shared their lives with many animals. Their current family includes four dogs—Harry, a Chihuahua; Baxter, a Boxer/Bulldog mix; Frank, a three-legged Rat Terrier; and Butters, a Pug/Chihuahua mix—along with a bearded dragon and a tortoise.
With her natural understanding of animals and dedication to their happiness and well-being, Jacki always strives to go above and beyond for every pet in her care. When she is not caring for animals, she enjoys kickboxing, skateboarding, and tending to her plants.
