About Alyssa G.

Hi there! My name is Alyssa, and I’m a lifelong animal lover with a special soft spot for cats. 🐾 With over 15 years of experience caring for pets—both my own and those of friends, family, and clients—I know how important it is to have someone trustworthy and attentive looking after your furry family members. I currently live in Mesa, AZ, where I share my home with my own pets (including a very spoiled cat who runs the house!). Over the years, I’ve cared for cats of all personalities—whether shy and independent, playful and mischievous, or snuggly lap-lovers. I also have experience with dogs, small animals, and even farm animals, so no critter is too big or too small to win me over. Outside of pet sitting, I work as a Wellness Expert at SUNMED Modern Wellness (SUNMED – Your CBD Store), where I love helping people learn about natural CBD wellness options. I’m also studying Business and Marketing at Southern New Hampshire University. When I’m not working or studying, you can usually find me baking sourdough bread, exploring new places, or spending time with my pets. My goal as a sitter is to give your cats the same love, care, and attention that I give my own. Whether it’s playtime, feeding, administering medications, or just keeping them company, I’ll make sure your kitties feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away.

"Alyssa was incredibly patient and caring with my anxious and feisty fur baby. She kept me updated with detailed messages and plenty of photos from each visit, which really gave me peace of mind. Her communication was excellent, and I came home to a clean apartment and a well-fed, calm cat—no small feat given my kitty’s separation anxiety! Alyssa even recommended some CBD treats that seemed to help soothe my cat. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who worries about leaving their cat while on vacation. "Alyssa is so amazing!!! She even got my shy boy Dooley to come out and play with her sometimes he doesn’t come out to play with me. He’s just that shy! Also my little whiskers requires medication he is diabetic. She did an amazing job with him because he does not like those injections and he gives me a hard time so I can’t imagine what a hard time he gave her. Lucy is my only girl kitty it was to my surprise she was able to get pictures with her. I highly recommend Alyssa. Please take the time and at least chat with her and get to know her. She’ll treat your fur babies just like she did mine, amazing. I got photos for every visit. I can’t even believe that Dooley let her pet him. I'm just amazed"

"Five Stars – Paws Down, the Best Cat Sitter Ever! I can’t say enough pawsitive things about Alyssa! From the moment we met, I knew my fur babies were in the best possible hands. Not only did she take incredible care of my kitty—ensuring she was fed, cuddled, and entertained—but she sent ameowzing daily updates with photos and comical comments that truly put my mind at ease. I have 4 kitties, 1 is pretty social but the other 3 are usually shy around new people. They warmed up to Alyssa instantly—clearly a sign of true feline approval. Alyssa went above and beyond, playing with them and giving lots of love! If you’re looking for a reliable, compassionate, and truly ameowzing cat sitter, look no further. "Alyssa is just wonderful! We were a bit nervous about leaving our babies for an entire week, but with Alyssa they were in great hands. She even did extra things like sweeping up the litter "glitter" that they track out and taking apart the water fountain to clean it. Most of all she gives my babies lots of love and meets all of their needs. We look forward to the photo updates she sends daily too! We really appreciate her!"

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation submitted less than 72 hours, next scheduled sitting is charged

Thanksgiving/Christmas Holiday Cancellations: Less than 14 days notice: 100% of deposit forfeited

Short Notice Requests: Less than 72 hours from start of sitting: $20 fee
